New photos shown in court in New York are believed to shed light on Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell’s relationship. One of the shots is particularly spicy from the point of view of the Royal Family.

It is one of Queen Elizabeth II’s retreats when she spends her summers in Balmoral, Scotland: the log cabin in the forest of Glen Beg. Diverse photos show the monarch there. The Queen chatting with her cousin, the late Margaret Rhodes or Prince Philip, who is having lunch with his great-granddaughter Mia Tindall.

A new photo that was shot in the hut should not please the Royal Family. It shows the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, who died in 2019, with his girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell at the square, which is otherwise reserved for the royal family. The photo is considered evidence in court in New York, where the trial of Ghislaine Maxwell is ongoing. It should be clear why Epstein and Maxwell of all people spent time in the Queen’s estate. The two were friends with Prince Andrew, the Queen’s son. It is known that Prince Charles’ brother invited them there in 1999.

The Royals should not like the fact that the picture is now public for several reasons. On the one hand, it shows a sex offender making himself comfortable in the queen’s hut. On the other hand, there is another reason to talk about Prince Andrew in the Epstein-Maxwell case. The Queen tries everything to divert attention away from her son. After his scandalous interview with the BBC in November 2019, he retired from his official positions.

Prince Andrew has been mentioned three times

But the 61-year-old has already been mentioned three times in the Maxwell trial. Epstein’s former pilot testified that the prince was on board with him. The alleged victim Jane also mentioned the Royal and remembered flying with it. And the testimony of a former housekeeper who spoke highly of Andrew. She said he was the only one who always gave tips.

While the latter makes Andrew look good, the Royal Family would probably prefer not to be mentioned at all. And they would probably prefer not to see photos of the Queen’s retreats as evidence.
