Only eyes for DiCaprio: Bezos’ girlfriend causes a viral hit – the Amazon founder reacts
A clip becomes a hit online: The girlfriend of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos only seems to have eyes for actor Leonardo DiCaprio at an event. That makes for a lot of amusement in the comment columns.
A six-second video clip with Leonardo DiCaprio, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and his partner Lauren Sanchez in the leading roles is currently causing a sensation on the Internet. The 51-year-old Sanchez seems to adore the Hollywood star in the video at a gala, Bezos stands – holding hands – like an extra next to the two.
The apparently intense conversation cannot be heard because of the background noise, but Sanchez’s facial expressions and gestures seem as if she only had eyes for 46-year-old DiCaprio. The video, which had been viewed more than 16 million times by Tuesday morning, was recorded over the weekend at an event hosted by DiCaprio at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
Jeff Bezos takes net hit with humor
The newscaster has been with Bezos since 2019 together after he separated from his wife MacKenzie Scott. The clip aroused numerous mostly amused reactions on Twitter: “She’s too old for Leo. You have nothing to worry about,” a user consoles 57-year-old Bezos. Another says: “Body language never lies.” While others believe that DiCaprio will probably not be in the future Amazon– Have more Prime Membership.
Bezos himself also responded – humorous – to the clip. He tweeted: “Leo, come over here, I want to show you something …” Underneath, he posted a photo on which he himself is bare-chested behind a sign that read: “Danger. Steep cliff. Fatal fall” .
Sanchez himself held back. She wrote on Instagram: “A wonderful evening yesterday.” It was a great event that will benefit important initiatives, exhibitions and programs at the museum in the years to come.
