Olympique de Marseille has its first winter recruit! The Olympian club has just announced the signing of midfielder Jean Onana from Beşiktaş JK, in Turkey, in the form of a loan with an option to buy after successfully passing his medical examination.
Jean Onana made his professional debut at Leixões SC, in Portugal, before joining Ligue 1 side Losc. He played last season at RC Lens before heading to Turkey last summer. He comes to strengthen the OM midfield, lacking many players who left to compete in the CAN with their selection, such as Amine Harit and Azzedine Ounahi with Morocco, and Pape Gueye with Senegal.
