For this day, Prime Minister Jean Castex will be present in Nice and will participate in a tribute ceremony which will take place in the gardens of the Villa Masséna, it will be closed by the release of 86 doves. At 6 p.m., the head of government will go to the scene of the attack for a military parade. A tribute concert of Grand Corps Malade is also scheduled from 9 p.m., in the Albert-1er garden, at the end of which will be lit on the seafront, at 10:34 p.m. sharp, the time of the attack, 86 light beams .
On Monday, the restored provisional Memorial was installed, with “a larger heart and interior lighting that will make it visible from the Promenade des Anglais”, said specified the association Promenade des Anges.
