The “Jackass” star Bam Margera (43) has been discharged from the hospital after his severe Covid 19 illness. Margera posted a photo of himself on his Instagram account with an acquaintance and wrote: “I’m out!” The stuntman and skateboarder was hospitalized in San Jose, California, early last week with severe pneumonia. There he tested positive for the corona virus and was put on a ventilator in the intensive care unit.

However, his team gave the all-clear at the end of the week. His condition is now stable and Margera is on the mend. Fortunately, he could be released soon. According to media reports, he was only artificially ventilated out of sheer caution. In addition to the corona infection, he was also infected with bacteria. A dangerous combination that often leads to complications.

Bam Margera escaped from rehab in the summer

The TV star made headlines several times over the summer after fleeing rehab where he was being treated for alcohol addiction.
