Ex-President Donald Trump wants to return to the White House. However, he will have to do without one of his closest confidants.

If Donald Trump actually goes into the presidential campaign, he will have to do without one of his closest confidants: his daughter Ivanka Trump. As US media consistently report, Ivanka Trump has decided against returning to the political stage.

Had last Friday “CNN” citing anonymous sources, Ivanka Trump is “far from” returning to Washington. “(Ivanka) would never return to this life,” said someone close to Ivanka Trump, according to the TV station. “She knows it would not be beneficial for her or her family at this point.”

Ivanka Trump prioritizes family

According to the Huffington Post Ivanka Trump was also absent – unlike her husband Jared Kushner – from Donald Trump’s announcement of his candidacy. The conservative US broadcaster “Fox” she said: “I love my father very much. This time I want to prioritize my young children and the private life that we are building as a family. I have no plans to get involved in politics”.

Donald Trump speaks at his Mar-a-Lago estate. The former US President wants to run again for the Republicans in the 2024 presidential election.

What Jared Kushner is planning is not yet known. However, his presence at Donald Trump’s announcement indicates that he is also likely to play a role in Donald Trump’s possible upcoming election campaign.
