It was supposed to be a big event, but in the end there was nothing more on the agenda than a cancellation xiaomi. The result: the Xiaomi 13 and its sister models are delayed. Vivo X90 series: New top smartphones

Probably the most interesting new smartphones are initially only available in China: the live X90 series, which includes the X90 Pro and X90 Pro+ models in addition to the X90. All three phones have a curved AMOLED display (6.78 inches, 120 Hz), but only the Pro+ model has one resolution of 1,440 x 3,200 pixels. Other notable differences: the X90 is not wirelessly chargeable, the X90 Pro and the X90 Pro+ have a 1-inch sensor on the main camera with a resolution of 50 megapixels (Sony IMX989), but the X90 Pro lacks the 64-megapixel telephoto camera of the Pro Plus model. With regard to usable memory, there are various variants available, ranging from 8 GB of RAM + 128 GB of internal memory to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of memory, depending on the model selected. The prices of the new Honor phones vary between around 320 euros (Honor 80 SE with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage space) and 550 euros for the Honor 80 Pro with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage space. The same applies here: If the smartphones make it to Europe at the beginning of 2023, you have to reckon with a surcharge.

Oppo Reno9 series: lookup from China

Three new smartphones based on Android 13 also has oppo pulled out of a hat. Basic model of the new mid-range series is the Reno9 with 8 or 12 GB of RAM and 256 or 512 GB of storage. There are no differences in the AMOLED display compared to the basic model, but there are in the storage equipment. Basically, 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM are installed. In addition, not only Bluetooth 5.2, but Bluetooth 5.3 can be used. Both smartphones support NFC.

Or you can choose the Oppo Reno9 Pro+. It’s based on that Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, is also equipped with 16 GB of RAM and either 256 or 512 GB of storage space and uses a 6.7-inch AMOLED display. A 50 megapixel main camera is joined by a super wide-angle camera (8 megapixels) and a macro lens (2 megapixels). The battery has a capacity of 4,700 mAh, but Bluetooth is – somewhat surprisingly – only available in version 5.2.

Realme 10 series: another trio

And then there would be this 5G-Trio around the new realme 10. In addition to 8 GB of RAM, it offers either 128 or 256 GB of internal storage space, is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 700 and has a 6.6-inch screen (1,080 x 2,408 pixels). There are three cameras on the back (50 + 2 + 2 megapixels), the 5,000 mAh battery is rechargeable with up to 33 watts. The price: 175 euros (128 GB) or 215 euros (256 GB).

Also with 128 or 256 GB of storage space, but with even 12 GB of RAM in the 256 GB version, would like that realme 10 Pro show off. The price is the equivalent of 215 or 255 euros. For that there is next to that Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor, a 6.72-inch display (120 Hz, 1,080 x 2,400 pixels) and a dual camera (100 + 2 megapixels). The Realme 10 Pro+ is available in three storage variants: 8/128 GB, 8/256 GB and 12/256 GB. The prices are the equivalent of 230 to 325 euros. The MediaTek Dimensity 1080 processor is installed, the 6.7-inch screen rounded on the sides. Three cameras (100 + 8 + 2 megapixels), the option of charging the battery up to 67 percent and a front camera with a resolution of 16 megapixels complete the range of usable extras on this mobile phone.

Honor Magic Vs: New foldable is also coming to Germany

For the equivalent of just under 1,475 euros, Honor also has a new foldable model, the Honor Magic vs, presented.
