Her new book has again become a double biography, by no means the first that the industrious Gunna Wendt has written. In this way, she has already dedicated herself to Erika Mann and Therese Giehse or Paula Becker and Clara Westhoff. This time the Munich author has dealt with two women in “Ita and Marie” whose names are not immediately familiar to most non-anthroposophists: Marie Steiner-von Sivers and Ita Wegmann, two close confidants and comrades-in-arms of Rudolf Steiner.
