This Thursday, July 21, a man died while attending a company party in the town of Karmei Yosef, Israel.
A drama in the middle of a pool party. As half a dozen people bathed in the private pool at a party hosted by a marketing firm, a man was swallowed up by ‘a sinkhole that opened up’ beneath his feet, says The Times of Israel.
The victim, aged 32, was found dead four hours later, at the bottom of a hole 13 meters deep. “The water level suddenly started to drop and a hole opened up, creating a vortex”, report the relief quoted by our colleagues from the Parisian. The report of this terrible accident also mentions an injured person, since in addition to the deceased man, another was “carried away” but managed to climb to come out with minor injuries.

The police opened an investigation, and heard the owner of the house, who had not applied for a building permit for his swimming pool.
