Ismaning – Jazz in the Seidl-Mühle – District of Munich

Ismaning:Jazz in the Seidl mill

Refinement and a certain degree of friction characterize the interplay between Aki Takase and Daniel Erdmann. The tenor and soprano saxophonist, who recently received the SWR Jazz Prize, and the Japanese-born pianist know each other from studying in Berlin – Erdmann attended classes, Takase was a visiting professor there. During the lockdown, they worked out a virtual program that can now be experienced live. “Isn’t it romantic?” Is the name of the musicians’ new album. The duo will perform on Saturday, October 23, at 8 p.m. in the large hall of the Ismaninger Seidl-Mühle. Reservations can be made by email to [email protected] or by calling 089/961 29 48.
