The diagnosis of dementia not only burdens those affected, but also presents relatives with major challenges. In order to help those affected and their families, the dementia-friendly community of Ismaning has created multi-layered structures for advice and support. A flyer with the most important points of contact for advice and support has now been developed. This can be downloaded from www.ismaning.de/demenz and is also available in paper form for counseling sessions. The municipality also offers a wide range of information events. For example, on Tuesday, November 16, 5 p.m., at Hillebrandhof, Aschheimer Straße 2, there will be a lecture on dementia. Registration by email to [email protected] or by phone on 089/96 99 82 73.
