After an argument with his neighbor, a 31-year-old freaked out in Ismaning on Sunday afternoon. The man got a knife and rang the bell and knocked on the door of the neighboring apartment. Its resident, a 33-year-old, alerted the police, who sent several patrols. By the time they arrived, the 31-year-old had retired to his apartment. The police told him to come out unarmed, which the man eventually did. He allowed himself to be arrested without resistance. Because, according to the police, there were indications of an exceptional psychological situation, the 31-year-old was taken to a specialist clinic.
