A TikTok video currently circulating shows three employees showing the IS salute. The picture was taken in the middle of the runway. The police are investigating.
Their index fingers symbolically point upwards: it is the gesture of the terrorist organization Islamic State (IS) that three employees are making at their workplace, Düsseldorf Airport.
As the “Bild” newspaper reported on Friday, they were banned from entering the airport grounds. Your airport ID cards are blocked. The three men are said to be German nationals who were identified using Tik-Tok videos.
