Irschenberg: Drivers without a license throws cocaine out of the window – Bavaria

Under drugs and without a driver’s license, a driver threw cocaine out of the car while fleeing the police in the Miesbach district. The 42-year-old was arrested. Officials wanted to check him near Irschenberg on Thursday night because he was speeding on Autobahn 8 in the direction of Salzburg, the police said. During the subsequent escape, he hit the exit signs with his car just before a junction. Shortly after he threw cocaine out of the window, his car was stopped and he was arrested.

Because this was not his first escape from a check and because he was again liable to prosecution for various offenses, the public prosecutor’s office filed an application for arrest against the man. A judge should decide on Thursday. He faces charges including drunk driving, illegal motor vehicle racing and illegal possession of narcotics, and driving without a license.
