You probably know: the presentation of Apple’s new iPhones will take place today, September 12, 2023, during a keynote organized at the brand’s premises in California. It will begin at 7 p.m. and promises not a revelation, but a “dream”, with at least four smartphones up for grabs (iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Plus and iPhone 15 Pro Max). If we expect a design almost identical to that of the iPhone 14, the appearance of the iPhone 15 obviously remains to be confirmed. But the prop makers, a significant source of information, give us some additional clues. Let us cite for example SBS, encountered in the aisles of the IFA in Berlin, around ten days ago, and which already offered a selection of cases adapted to the four iPhone 15s. The latter confirm one of the most anticipated new features on the quartet: the arrival of USB-C in place of Lightning connectivity, until now favored by Apple. They also rely on back photo units similar to those of the iPhone 14, with two (iPhone 15 and 15 Plus) or three modules (iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max) in a case quite similar to the current models.
Be wary all the same: you can find cases of all kinds online, which abound in the run-up to the Apple keynote. We have spotted fanciful designs, with photo blocks that are either oversized, or reminiscent of those of Samsung, or even Vivo… Before investing, we therefore encourage you to wait until the smartphones are actually marketed, in order to avoid any disappointment.
