Thomas Kundt is a crime scene cleaner. It removes the traces of violence, suicides and people who have been neglected or died lonely in their homes. He made a stage program out of all of this.

“The real crime scene cleaner” lives in a rural gem near Leipzig. The house on the edge of the village used to belong to his grandmother, she ran a small farm here. There is an old circus wagon in the garden. Thomas Kundt, 42, has set up a sauna in it. He converted the former stable into a cozy kitchen with great attention to detail, including many found and collector’s items as well as antiques. “My oasis,” says Kundt proudly, who earns his living by removing traces of violence and other human dramas. All sorts of questions arise.
