Mike Atlas used to have a promising police career ahead of him. In the meantime, all dreams have burst and the ex-cop struggles through life more badly than well. After the death of a prisoner, he goes in search of clues again with public prosecutor Jule Andergast. Dangerous, because during the investigation they end up in a conspiracy that extends to the highest judicial circles. “Sleeping Dogs” is the name of the six-part thriller series on Netflix, from the makers of “Unorthodox”. Max Riemelt (“Sense8”) and Luise von Finckh (“Deutschland 89”) play the leading roles. The template was the series “The Exchange Principle” from Israel.
