The nursery rhyme is: “Ene mene muh, and you’re out.” In the digital age, that happens very quickly: If you don’t have a smartphone or can’t use it reasonably dexterously; who has no access to the Internet or does not want to have one; Anyone who doesn’t know what a Bluetooth connection is, or who finds it difficult to establish one – quickly finds themselves on the fringes of society, who are excluded from a part of public life, who find it increasingly difficult, even just one to buy a train ticket or to do his banking. There is widespread discrimination against people who don’t have cellphones, but there aren’t enough complaints about it because many of those affected are embarrassed.
