Internet: Providers must also deliver the promised service – economy

The Internet is much slower than promised? You can defend yourself against that, right? It works like this: With a total of 30 measurements, consumers have to determine how their internet connection is doing. There must be at least five minutes between individual measurements and at least three hours between the fifth and sixth measurements of a day. And the whole thing should happen in a maximum of 14 days. How does that sound? Well, that sounds like an attempt to make it as difficult as possible for consumers to prove that the line is actually performing less than promised.
