According to a media report, Inter Milan have made an official offer to FC Bayern Munich for defender Benjamin Pavard. According to “Bild”, the Champions League finalist from Italy is said to have offered 25 million euros as a fee for the French national soccer player, but the Bayern bosses would demand at least 30 to 35 million euros.

Frenchman has communicated a desire to change

According to “Bild”, Pavard Bayern’s CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen communicated his change request in a personal conversation. The English top club Manchester United is also said to have a strong interest in the 27-year-old. Pavard is said to be a replacement for former captain Harry Maguire (30), whose planned move to West Ham United recently failed.

35 million euros from VfB Stuttgart

Pavard, who can be used both in central defense and as a right-back, still has a contract in Munich until the summer of 2024. He switched from VfB Stuttgart to the Isar in 2019 for around 35 million euros. Coach Thomas Tuchel appreciates the versatility of the Frenchman.
