The Russian war of aggression in Ukraine has been going on for almost a year now. After the invasion at the end of February 2022, many observers gave Ukraine only a few days until the supposedly inevitable defeat against the seemingly overpowering, well-armed Russian army. Today we know: They were wrong Ukraine not only defied the aggressor, but also achieved notable interim successes.
