Prices in Germany continue to rise at a breakneck pace. In October, the inflation rate was 10.4 percent, the Federal Statistical Office reported on Friday, only slightly below the 10.0 percent in September. The reasons are the high energy and food prices as a result of the Ukraine war, which are affecting more and more areas of everyday life.
