in Toulouse, a police car hit head-on by a fugitive

This Sunday morning, around 5 a.m., in the Bagatelle district in Toulouse, a crew from the anti-crime brigade wants to control a car that is driving at high speed in the neighborhood. The driver refuses to stop and makes the escape.

To escape the police, he then takes all the risks on the road. As he arrived at chemin Ramelet-Moundi, he found himself face to face with another police car. Instead of stopping, the driver deliberately crashes head-on into the screen-printed vehicle which is in the opposite direction.

In the frontal impact, three officials were injured, as well as the fleeing driver. The latter was arrested.

The SGP Police Unit union denounces “a context of total ambient impunity which characterizes this type of unacceptable behavior” and calls for the greatest firmness against the driver.
