In the middle of Bavaria: Craftsman is looking for three million euros – Bavaria

As always, the ski races in Kitzbühel served up a spectacle. The rich, the beautiful, and the party-goers routinely gave television cameras the impression that all of life is made up of winners and halligalli. The German downhill skier Thomas Dreßen has often been taught better. This time he fell again and experienced once again how rocky the road to the winner’s podium is. The horde of competitors, as he likes to emphasize, does not only consist of nose picks.

All the longing and need of this world was reflected not only in Kitzbühel at the weekend, but also in the advertising section of the Cham newspaper contrary. A craftsman had unabashedly advertised there that he was looking for three million euros for his lifetime to make his dreams come true and was asking for letters. That lack of money is not mankind’s only problem was shown by the advertisement printed directly under the demand for millions. There, a person who is not looking for a fortune, but for a certain Gertrude, who somehow got lost or even disappeared, expressed himself. The advertisement does not provide any more information, there is often a touch of mystery in this genre.

The smorgasbord of curiosities in the Saturday edition of the Straubinger Tagblatt and the Cham newspaper but also contained indications that give reason for hope. The most gratifying news was that someone had to give away a large wooden machine hall free of charge. The only catch: interested parties have to dismantle the hall themselves.

It was a little longer ago that an 84-year-old widower im daily sheet had advertised because of a Gesthintre. He was looking for this piece of clothing, half coat, half jacket and with long tails at the back, because he had bought a barrel organ with which he only wanted to perform in a manner befitting his status, that is, in the gesthintre. As he said, he could not save himself from callers.

Anyone who, astonished and digesting all this, no longer knows their way around, could see another ad from the Cham newspaper help. A “meeting for borderline knowledge” is announced in the Gasthof Wurzer in Regen. The fact that the mysteries of newspaper advertisements are also discussed there would seem obvious, but is rather unlikely.
