In the middle of Alling: Cow dung scandal spills into the district – Fürstenfeldbruck

All of Bavaria looks to Päh. There, the “cow pats dispute” recently escalated: A farmer received a fine because his animals had once again paved the road with cow pats on the way home from the pasture. So the Free Voters take care of it. After all, you can use it to warm up for the state election campaign – and castigate the CSU for the bureaucracy. The member of parliament and trained farmer Hans Friedl from Alling speaks up as an expert, as did Hubert Aiwanger before him – the FW boss and deputy prime minister also manages a farm. In front of the cameras, Aiwanger reimbursed the farmer the 130 euros for paying the fine out of his own pocket.

The theme is almost as beautiful as the ringing of the church bells of St. Bernhard in Fürstenfeldbruck, which caused quite a stir a few years ago. Or like Gustl, the crowing rooster, who liked to greet the morning loudly a few streets away. Until neighbors complained in 2016 and Gustl was banished to the soundproof chicken house. From then on, its flap only opened when the day had already awakened of its own accord.

In Päh in the Weilheim-Schongau district, the roles seem to be clearly divided. Here the farmer who drives his cows out to pasture under a white and blue sky and thus saves the attractive cultural landscape. There the newly arrived Preiß, who hesitates to plow through the flat cake tradition with his pram. Hans Friedl is quoted in a press release. He points out “that grazing has a decisive influence on the appearance of the landscape, especially in rural areas”. As a farmer, it is “a particular concern for him that grazing is maintained. Because it means the highest level of animal welfare for the cattle”. 1:0 for Aiwanger and Friedl for their commitment to customs, cultural landscape and animal welfare. However, this trinity might not have been threatened if the farmer had heeded another Bavarian custom: cleaning up the dirt that was left behind.

In any case, the hopes of many righteous park offenders should now be resting on Aiwanger. Couldn’t he stop by and settle the ticket that was stuck under the windshield wiper the other day? It would also be a contribution in the fight against bureaucracy.
