In the fast food restaurant, the police come across nine customers and two managers without sesame

In routine control of health passes, the police did not make the trip for nothing in a small fast-food restaurant in Toulouse, on the night of Friday to Saturday. Moreover, the managers of this establishment located on the edge of the Thibaud industrial zone, two brothers, first tried to prevent
officials to return, not hesitating to push them aside.

And for good reason: of the 25 customers present in the fast food restaurant at 1 a.m., nine were unable to present a health pass. The two bosses, aged 37 and 32, did not have one either. But the fine of 135 euros could seem ridiculous to them. The two brothers were in fact taken into police custody for rebellion and willful violence against persons holding public authority.

They are to be tried on December 15 before the criminal court. Not to mention the administrative penalties incurred for not having applied the health obligations in their restaurant.
