“Open your mouth wide! », Poster Taziana Jurdi on the wall of The Quequetterie, rue d’Aboukir in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris. In the pale pink shop, adorned with flowers and colorful neon lights, the young woman sells naughty fluffy pancakes. A decoration that helps “make less vulgar and accessible to all” a concept that she spotted in Thailand and Spain. La Quequetterie was created between the first two confinements and it is a success story, Taziana Jurdi opens franchises in Montpellier, Toulouse, and more recently, in Angers where the store has been controversial.
