In Nazaré, the body of a sixty-year-old Frenchman found lifeless in the open sea

This Sunday morning, a Frenchman in his sixties was found lifeless on Sunday morning, floating at sea in the port of Nazaré, in central Portugal, announced the National Maritime Authority (AMN). The Frenchman, whose identity has not been communicated, belonged to the crew of a sailboat moored in the port of Nazaré.

The firefighters and the maritime police brought the body to the surface after an alert at 07:45 (local time), specifies the AMN in a press release. The death, whose origin was not specified, was declared on the spot and the body was transported to the Forensic Institute of Leiria.
