As befits a broker, Anke Köhler gets enthusiastic. Your current favorite object in the portfolio? “A beautiful finca near Manacor,” she says, “in the middle of nature and with a sea view.” Three separate residential units belong to the property in the east of Mallorca, including a guest house. A pool in the garden, a photovoltaic system on the roof. “And above all,” says Köhler, “an east-south-west alignment.” For 1.49 million euros there is plenty of sun all day long. Anke Köhler has every reason to be optimistic about selling the finca at this price.
