The little boy did not get out with his classmates when the bus stopped in front of his school. The driver did not notice his presence and parked the bus at its terminus, “in the municipal garage”. It was only around noon, when he resumed his tour, that he discovered the boy.
The parents decided to file a negligence complaint with the gendarmerie.
