Improvement to be expected this weekend, with 4 out of 5 TGVs

It’s getting better in transportation. The SNCF plans an improvement in the circulation of trains this weekend, while the strike against the pension reform has been renewed, with in particular 4 TGVs maintained out of 5 and the best in Ile-de-France.

SNCF Voyageurs has 4 TGV Inoui and Ouigo out of 5, 3 Intercités out of 5, a few night trains and 3 TER out of 5 on a national average, according to management forecasts sent to AFP on Friday.

Call to continue the renewable strike

In the Paris region, traffic will remain the most degraded on lines C, D, P and R with 1 train out of 2. Two-thirds of the trains must run on line H and three-quarters on the parts operated by the SNCF of the lines A and B of the RER.

The service will be “normal to near normal” on lines J, K, L, N, U, T4, T11 and T13. SNCF Voyageurs remains cautious for the start of next week. The unions of the public group called on Friday to continue their renewable strike started on March 7, the day after employment by the government of 49.3 to have its pension reform adopted.
