You have to be aware of one thing when young climate adhesives are locked up in police cells in Bavaria, purely as a preventive measure, to prevent them from attaching themselves to the street with superglue and obstructing cars. You have to be aware of one thing when, according to Bavarian law, the mere assumption of behavior that lies in the future is already sufficient to lock people up for up to 30 days and, if a judge agrees, for another 30 days on top. You have to be aware that if the CSU and the Bavarian state government it provided had had their way alone, then the climate stickers would not have to be released even after these 60 days. Not at all. You could theoretically keep them in prison forever. The plans of the CSU were originally so radical when they promoted this idea of preventive detention in spring 2017. And so logical.
