As a spokesman for the Kempten public prosecutor’s office explained, the young person will be brought before the judge on Wednesday. An arrest warrant is being requested. The police had already reported on the attack on Tuesday. According to this, the young person is said to have attacked the 53-year-old in Immenstadt on the night of Monday to Tuesday, apparently for no reason. Initially there was only talk of a minor head injury. After the crime, the victim managed to escape to the police station. Based on a personal description of the victim, the officers were able to find the suspect at home. Initially, the 17-year-old was only investigated for bodily harm.
