Within a very short time, the tickets for all AC/DC concerts in Germany were sold out. Two extra dates have now been announced.

Quite Thanks to AC/DC, Germany is energized. As was to be expected, the announcement of their “Power Up Tour” also caused an immense rush for tickets for the concerts at a total of seven locations in this country. Although no new cities have been added, two additional appearances have now been announced due to demand.

In Dresden, the Rinne festival meadow will now not only shake on June 16th, but also three days later on June 19th. As of now, the second additional concert also represents the new end of the band’s stay in Germany: After July 31st, AC/DC will now rock the exhibition grounds in Hanover again on August 4th.

No extra dates have yet been added for the remaining venues. In the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen, where the “Power Up Tour” will celebrate its start in Germany, two dates were already planned for May 17th and 21st. This is also the case at the Olympic Stadium in Munich – the Australian hard rockers will be playing here on June 9th and 12th. For the Hockenheimring (July 13th), the Cannstatter Wasen in Stuttgart (July 17th) and the Zeppelinfeld in Nuremberg (July 27th) there will be one-off gigs until further notice.

There isn’t much time left

In addition to Germany, AC/DC is a guest in ten other European countries. According to the organizers, these are Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, England, Slovakia, Belgium, France and Ireland.

The concert in Dublin on August 17th is also the last announced date of the tour so far – but it is quite possible that others will quickly be announced in other countries. In Germany there are on the “eventim” platform Tickets are only available for the additional concerts; for all other dates, fans can only be put on the waiting list.
