Hit lists of music are created every week. A social media star is ahead of singles. How is the album chart doing?
The influencer twenty4tim has landed at number one in the single charts with his electro-pop song “Icecream”. It is the social media star’s second number one hit, as GfK Entertainment announced today.
Behind them this week are Udo Lindenberg & Apache 207 with “Komet” on second place. In third, fourth and fifth place are rappers Bonez MC & Gzuz with “Cinnamon Roll”, US pop star Miley Cyrus with “Flowers” and songwriter David Kushner with “Daylight”.
The rapper Finch is at the top of the official German album charts with his new album “Dorfdisko Zwei”. “Following the number one success “Rummelbums”, the new album “Dorfdisko Zwei” tops the hit list right away,” said GfK Entertainment. The band Metallica secured second place with “72 Seasons”.
They are followed by three newcomers. South Korean musician Agust D, known from the K-pop band BTS, occupies third place with “D-Day”. The British cult rock band Jethro Tull came in fourth with “RökFlöte”. Maite Kelly secures himself with “Love, Maite – The best … so far!” fifth place
