- Around 70 officers from the Munich customs office turned up at all IAA locations. It should have been a suspicion-independent control.
- After the protest against the IAA Mobility auto show on several highways, at least nine demonstrators will remain in custody until Sunday evening.
- A bike demo on the highways on the occasion of the IAA Mobility auto show is prohibited.
- Chancellor Angela Merkel (CDU) has officially opened the International Motor Show IAA Mobility in Munich. Around 700 exhibitors will present their innovations here until Sunday.
