Hunter Schafer became a star thanks to “Euphoria”. Now the actress has grabbed the next mega role.

Hunter Schafer (23) has snagged a role in another top franchise. The actress is best known for playing Jules Vaughn on the HBO series Euphoria. Now the 23-year-old has been cast in the Hunger Games prequel A Song of Birds and Snakes, as reported by “The Hollywood Reporter” among others. Accordingly, the American will take on the role of Tigris Snow, the cousin of the main character Coriolanus Snow (Tom Blyth, 27). As the news portal continues to write, Tigris Snow is a confidant of Coriolanus who gives him advice.

The prequel is slated to hit theaters in Fall 2023

Web video producer and singer Rachel Zegler (21) will play another leading role. She is slated to play Lucy Gray, a tribute from impoverished District 12. The Hunger Games: A Song of Birds and Snakes is slated to hit theaters worldwide on November 17, 2023. It is the first prequel to the hit “Hunger Games” series, which grossed $3 billion between 2012 and 2015.

Francis Lawrence (51, “Red Sparrow”) directs again, who had already taken on this job for three of the four previous films. Together with Nina Jacobson (56) and Brad Simpson, he is also the producer of the new blockbuster. Michael Lesslie (38) wrote the final version of the screenplay.
