On his radio show in America, Howard Stern found very clear words about Johnny Depp’s appearance in court. He finds his behavior narcissistic and calculating.

“The reason he wanted the trial is because it’s going to be televised, which is exactly what narcissists want,” the host said Monday on his SiriusXM radio show while discussing Depp’s high-profile legal battle with his ex- Mrs Amber Heard spoke.

The former America’s Got Talent judge also accused Johnny Depp of putting on a show in court. “I’m going to play you some clips from the Johnny Depp trial. If he’s not acting I don’t know what is. I mean he’s exaggerating, he seems to be writing his own material as he keeps talking,” he continued.

Speaking about his theory that Johnny Depp may have Narcissism Personality Disorder, Stern continued: “They think they can talk their way out of anything. I think Johnny Depp is a huge narcissist and by that I mean he was like, ‘Me going to put this on TV. And because I’m so persuasive and smart, everyone thinks I’m such a wonderful guy.'”

Stern feels that Johnny Depp’s trial against Amber Heard is like “two children fighting”. It’s about defamation. In an interview in 2019, Amber Heard indicated domestic violence by Johnny Depp, who wanted to use the process to “bring the truth” to the public and restore his reputation. The case has been broadcast live across various platforms since April 11.

Stern also poked fun at Depp’s accent

“But starting at the beginning, what is his difficulty speaking the English language right now and the accent? First of all, he’s not from the South Midwest? Johnny Depp was born in Kentucky,” he said of the Owensboro, Kentucky-born actor. “Does that sound like a guy from Kentucky?” the radio host asks his listeners.

Depp’s cross-examination ended on April 25. Heard has not yet testified, but is expected to do so in the coming days. Stern’s assessment of the entire process so far is not positive: “It’s not going well for him, it’s not going well for her, it’s not going well for anyone.”
