The Bavarian police have reported almost 1,700 rule violations since the partial nationwide legalization of cannabis on April 1st. As the Ministry of the Interior announced in response to SZ’s request, in the first five weeks after the release, almost 600 criminal offenses and 1,100 administrative offenses were recorded by the police in connection with the consumption of cannabis – of which 1,000 administrative offenses relate to road traffic alone.
