What really happened Wall in the night from Saturday to Sunday which left an 18-year-old dead? According to the public prosecutor of Toulouse, Samuel Vuelta-Simon, a brawl broke out on rue Aimé-Césaire between the members of two rival gangs, one from Muret and the other from Labarthe-sur-Lèze.
The origin of the brawl could be mutual insults and threats exchanged in the afternoon between the two groups. In order to resolve this dispute, the protagonists agreed to meet in the evening to fight it out.
A first group went there, made up of three residents of Muret. One of them was an 18-year-old man, already convicted by the juvenile court for violence in a meeting with ITT for more than eight days and prosecuted for supply and sale of narcotics. With him, two 16-year-old minors, one of whom has already been convicted of violence in a meeting.
There, five people from Labarthe were waiting for them. The brawl began with bare hands between the two main representatives of the rival gangs. It degenerated quickly, according to the prosecution, and one of the suspects stabbed the 18-year-old from Labarthe in the heart.
Another participant, close to the main victim, was also hit in the abdomen.

Quickly, all the participants left the scene with the exception of the main victim, who was dying, who died when help arrived.
Thanks to the investigations, the three accused, including the one suspected of having delivered the fatal blow – the 18-year-old Muretain – were arrested on Sunday morning by the Muret research brigade of the national gendarmerie seized of the investigation.
Unless there is any new information, they will be referred today to the prosecution and presented to an investigating judge with a view to their indictment for murder, for two of them aged 1/8 and 16 years old, and attempted murder for the last also aged 16.
