How do snowflakes form?

Snowflakes fascinate with their beauty and complexity. They are always unique, but how are they formed?

For this, several conditions must be met: a negative temperature in an altitude cloud, but above all micro-dust, because it is around them that the water vapor condenses to form the snowflakes. The condensation forms rays around this dust and the weight causes the fall of the newly born flake.

Snow is therefore these innumerable little flakes that fall on top of each other to form the layers that whiten the landscapes. Discover how the flakes appear in the video of our partner Brut.
