Most parents are probably familiar with the evening drama in the bathroom. Brush teeth? Under no circumstance! The little child presses his mouth tightly together, the bigger one annoyed: “I don’t need to brush my milk teeth, they’ll fall out soon anyway.” Brushing your teeth is not necessarily a popular activity for children. Every fifth child in Germany brushes their teeth too seldom and does not go to check-ups or only goes irregularly. Daily and good dental care from the very first tooth is crucial for lifelong health in the mouth, as pediatric dentists have been emphasizing for decades.
