Hot topic: Russia is again participating in grain agreements with Ukraine

According to the Defense Ministry in Moscow, Russia is resuming its participation in the grain agreement with Ukraine. Russia had suspended the agreement, arguing that Ukrainian drones had attacked the Black Sea Fleet.
