Hohenlinden – citizens’ meeting is canceled – Ebersberg

Community chief Ludwig Maurer has to make a regrettable announcement to his Hohenlinden residents – and that for the second time: This year, too, the citizens’ meeting has to be canceled due to the pandemic. This should have taken place next Wednesday, November 17th. “Due to the rapidly increasing number of infections, we do not see ourselves in a position to guarantee the safety of citizens under the legal requirements to be met,” the mayor wrote in a press release.

At least the people of Hohenlinden do not have to do without news from the community and administration. Because even without a meeting there are the documents for it. This will be available from the day of the planned meeting, Wednesday, November 17th, either on the community website at www.hohenlinden.de download it or pick it up in printed form from the town hall.

Inquiries for the citizens’ meeting can still be made this year. These must be sent in writing or by e-mail to [email protected] by November 17th to the community of Hohenlinden. The applications are then published anonymously together with the statement from the Hohenlinden community on their website.

The mayor expresses his regret that “this important instrument for contacting citizens has to be dropped again. We will try to hold the citizens’ meeting next year during the ‘easier’ summer months due to the pandemic,” said Maurer.
