High school boarding school evacuated due to bedbugs

Impossible to sleep there. For two nights, there haven’t been many people at the boarding school at the Dupuy-de-Lôme high school, in Lorient (Morbihan). The fault lies with bedbugs who invaded around forty mattresses this back-to-school season, reports the newspaper West France.

A treatment was scheduled for Monday evening in the dormitory and the students, evacuated, should be able to return to their rooms this Tuesday. They were asked to find accommodation in the meantime.

According to the daily, the 2022 school year in this establishment had already been disrupted by these parasitic insects. The boarding school had been completely closed for three weeks, the time to carry out a complete cleaning of the premises.
