Frank J. was actually supposed to get electricity from Immergrün until the end of the year. But the Cologne energy company announced at the beginning of October that it would stop delivering electricity to J’s supply area on October 20th. The customer from the Rheingau-Taunus district in Hesse now has to look for a new provider. Until he has found him, he will automatically get his electricity from the basic supplier in the region – but at a higher price.
