Helena Bonham Carter returns in sequelEnola Holmes. The star ofAlice in Wonderland will reprise her role as Eudoria Holmes, mother of Sherlock and Enola, camped respectively by Henry Cavill and Millie Bobby Brown.
The cast of the Netflix film broadcast last year will therefore be in full force for this sequel, and Louis Partridge will also be part of the adventure again, as he confirmed at the Tudum, the event organized by the platform for fans last weekend. But as one might suspect, this second opus will also have its share of new faces.
Who are the newcomers?
According to Variety, the star ofHarry potter David Thewlis (Remus Lupine) as well as Sharon Duncan-Brewster, seen recently in Dune, will be part of the cast ofEnola Holmes 2.
The directing will again be entrusted to Harry Bradbeer, known for his work on Fleabag, while Jack Thorne will once again face the heavy task of adapting Nancy Springer’s novels into the screenplay. Millie Bobby Brown and her sister, Paige, will once again be in production.
