Whether hiking or cycling, walking or taking a walk: Anyone who spends a long period of time outside in winter needs to protect themselves from the cold temperatures. To keep your upper body warm, wearing a special heating vest can be useful.

A heated vest is a sleeveless piece of clothing that – unlike a normal vest – can generate heat. This is made possible by special heating elements (usually wires or carbon fibers) that are incorporated into the material and are powered by electricity. To activate a heating vest, it simply needs to be switched on using an on/off switch. How long the warmth lasts and how many different heating levels a vest has depends on the manufacturer. Below we will introduce you to five different models in different price ranges.
