A 43-year-old man was taken from his cell in the Seysses remand center Tuesday to answer for exhibitionism. The case dates back to the end of May. A 20-year-old girl got on around 10 p.m. in an empty Toulouse metro train at Saint-Cyprien station. At the next stop, a more than worrying traveling companion joined her.
The man sat down not far from her and began to fiddle with himself through his pants. Then he took out all his gear to masturbate. Panicked, the young girl ran out and screamed at the first station, yet having the presence of mind to take a fleeting video.
Soon judged
Identified thanks to video surveillance, the 43-year-old man first denied the facts on Tuesday in front of investigators from the Right Bank People’s Attacks Unit. But confronted with his victim and then with the mini-video, he ended up acknowledging the facts. He will soon have to answer to the criminal court. In the meantime, he was escorted back to his cell.
