It looks like the passage from an American comedy film. However, this is an event that occurred in Saint-Herblain, near Nantes. Wednesday evening, two individuals on a scooter pass by a police patrol. The driver then begins to raise his adult in the direction of law enforcement officers, before fleeing on his two-wheeler. But his mad race lasted only a few meters since lack of gasoline, the motor vehicle broke down.
The police only had to pick up the young driver after helping him push his scooter down the street. Arrested, this minor under 15 was taken to the police station and placed in police custody. According to article 433-5 of the Penal Code, his act could amount to contempt of an agent of public authority. As reported government site, contempt of an agent charged with a public service mission is punished by a fine of € 7,500.
